Job Description
Filler Operator Beverage Industry Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and Minimum 2 years experienced Filler Operator to join our beverage production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining filling machines used for bottling beverages while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. --- Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor filler machines for efficient and accurate beverage filling. Ensure proper setup of machinery before the start of each production run. Check that bottles/cans are filled to correct levels and sealed properly. Perform regular quality checks on product appearance, weight, and volume. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the equipment and work area. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate major issues to the maintenance team. Accurately document production data such as output, downtime, and defects. Comply with all safety and food hygiene regulations. --- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment preferred. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
