Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Mumbai. The Field Services Engineer will troubleshoot, provide technical support, perform preventive maintenance, and provide excellent customer service to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our automated storage and material handling solutions for our clients. The Field Services Engineer will also work closely with the talented and experienced team of engineers and technicians to provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements. Qualifications Field Service, Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance skills Excellent customer service skills Experience working with automated storage and material handling systems is preferred Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field Related certifications are a plus,
