Key Responsibilities: Deliver goods to customers within designated timeframes. Install, repair, and service washing machines, fridges, ovens, air coolers, and air conditioners. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with home appliances. Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure timely repairs. Maintain service records and provide feedback to the service team. Communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions and technical support. Requirements: Prior experience in delivery or logistics is a plus. Proven experience as a technician in home appliances or related field. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic English understanding.
