Job Summary: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment or systems at customer sites. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Installation: Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at client locations as per company guidelines and customer requirements. Delivery: Delivery of products to the customers. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering expert advice on equipment use and maintenance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, including time spent, parts used, and any issues encountered. Complete service reports and update the companys database as required. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and procedures. Training: Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and systems as needed.
