As a Field Service Engineer, you will represent Waters, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to drive customer success. Your responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Waters" product suite, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering system training, and managing service inventory. You will collaborate with the Sales team to identify business opportunities and service contract needs, while adhering to quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering or a science-related field preferred, or equivalent experience - Experience: 3 years in scientific instrumentation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support, preferably with Waters product suite - Skills: Strong customer focus, communication skills, integrity, time management, problem-solving, and analytical mindset - Travel: Territory-based role with travel within designated territory and occasional international travel for various activities Waters Corporation, a global leader in analytical instruments, separations technologies, and software, has been serving various sciences for over 65 years.
