The Field Service Coordinator role requires a candidate with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The preferred gender for this position is male. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation and maintenance of our robotic systems at client locations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating field service activities, addressing customer queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a robust technical background, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in robotics and automation. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, proven experience in a field service or technical support role (preferably in the robotics or automation sector), excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at managing multiple tasks, have the willingness to travel to client sites when required, and be familiar with robotic systems, control systems, and automation technologies. The office timings for this role are from 8 AM to 6 PM with Sundays off. The salary scale ranges from 15,000 to 21,000 rupees.
