About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Associates. This is an on-ground, field-focused role ideal for go-getters who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers or partners (such as driver-partners, vendors, or small businesses), driving adoption of our product, and growing our presence in new and existing markets. Roles and Responsibilities: Supply/ demand operations: constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads (by whatever channel it takes), by efficiently training and effectively retaining. Market mapping on both Demand and Supply side.Responsibility for the Delivery of Partner and Customer Targets for assigned areas Community management: actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, and rule the driver customer community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers. Retention: Will be involved in supply/customer retention activities like calling, partner engagement validation, zonal-wise supply fulfillment, customer retention, etc Partner and customer negotiations, strong communication, community building skills, relationship building skills, network building practices, etc Execute Marketing and Branding initiatives for the city as per the BTL plans Market intelligence: Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 1 year of field experience Added advanatge if done people management Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical skills with basic excel Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus Willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty by being on the field most of the time. Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and channel partners.
