Position - Business Development Associate (Andheri) Role - Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth of a company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Areas of Responsibility - Target coaching classes & bookstores within the assigned territory Identify and pursue new business prospects to meet sales targets Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through lead generation and networking Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports Analyze sales performance against targets and implement strategies for improvement Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client needs Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices. Provide exceptional post-sales support to clients.
