Job Description

Key Responsibilities Distributor Management 1. Appoint and onboard new distributors and stockists as per the territory expansion plan. 2. Ensure timely order generation and fulfillment via distributors. Sales Operations 1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Manage secondary sales through market visits and field team coordination. 3. Ensure 100% product availability and visibility at key retail touchpoints. Retailer Engagement 1. Build strong relationships with top-performing retailers and modern trade outlets (if applicable). 2. Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, resolve retailer issues, and increase order frequency. Promotions & Activations 1. Execute trade promotions and product launches at distributor and retail levels. 2. Track scheme effectiveness and ensure distributor participation. Reporting & Coordination 1. Maintain accurate sales and beat plans, stock reports, and sales performance dashboards. 2. Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) for smooth operations Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
