Required Designation: Field Sales Executive Experience: 1-4 Years Salary: -35K CTC Per Month Industry: Real Estate Qualification: Any Graduate/Pursuing JOB DESCRIPTION- As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively engaging with clients and stakeholders to facilitate the sale and purchase of industrial and commercial plots. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, conducting site visits, and building lasting relationships with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Key Responsibilities: -Prospecting: Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and market research to expand our client base. -Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for industrial and commercial plots. -Site Visits: Organize and conduct property tours, showcasing key features and advantages of available plots. -Negotiation: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved. -Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, zoning regulations, and competitive landscape to provide clients with informed insights. -Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary contracts and documentation related to plot transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
