As a Field Sales representative at Policy Bazar, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers in Chennai. You will be required to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to effectively convey the benefits of our products. We are looking for individuals who are at least 12th pass or any graduate, with no specific experience requirements. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Male candidates with a valid 2-wheeler and Driver's License are preferred for this role. The salary for freshers is up to 2.5 LPA with unlimited incentives, while experienced candidates can earn up to 3.8 LPA along with unlimited incentives. This is a full-time position with day shifts and performance bonuses. As part of the benefits package, you will receive health insurance and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should be between 18 to 30 years old. An in-person walk-in interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
