Job Summary: As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of field sales executives to drive revenue growth by building relationships with educational institutions, schools, coaching centers, and training institutes. You will be responsible for strategy implementation, market penetration, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the education sector Identify and approach key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve regional sales goals Conduct regular market visits to monitor team performance and gather customer feedback Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Organize product demos, presentations, and workshops for educators and administrators Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for leadership Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and feedback loops. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector or EdTech Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, coach, and develop a field sales team Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite,
