Job Description
As a Field Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to secure sales through various customer sales methods such as door-to-door visits, cold calling, and presentations. You will be expected to forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies, and assess their effectiveness. Building strong and lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and skills will be crucial. Meeting both personal and team sales targets is essential, along with researching accounts, generating sales leads, and attending meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay updated on industry developments. Your role will also involve reporting to management using financial statistical data, maintaining and expanding the client database within your assigned territory, and ensuring that you consistently achieve sales quotas. To excel in this position, you should possess proven sales experience, a track record of exceeding quotas, and familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management. Additionally, having strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as being self-motivated and driven, are important qualities for success in this role. A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification is required for this position. If you have experience working with Hospital/Healthcare firms or similar industries, it will be considered an advantage. Computer proficiency is necessary for this role, and the ability to start immediately in Chennai is required.,
