Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive - Field Sales to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. This role involves field sales of industrial maintenance chemicals and lubricants across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, and possesses a good understanding of industrial applications. You'll be part of a supportive team, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and Directors, and will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed in your role. Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the industrial sector for chemicals and lubricants. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve and exceed targets. Provide technical advice and support on the application of products. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share client feedback regularly. Travel extensively across Maharashtra to meet clients and pursue sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in any stream. Up to 1 year of experience in industrial sales (freshers with a strong interest in sales can also apply). Basic understanding of industrial products or willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in field sales. Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.,
