Job Description
We have an urgent hiring for a Field Sales Executive, who is responsible for driving sales by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones within a designated territory. They develop and execute sales strategies, build a strong customer pipeline, and achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction, product presentations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
- Product Knowledge & Presentations:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers through presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales strategies and performance.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Customer Feedback:
- Gather customer feedback and address any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).
