Job Description

We have an urgent hiring for a Field Sales Executive, who is responsible for driving sales by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones within a designated territory. They develop and execute sales strategies, build a strong customer pipeline, and achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction, product presentations, and closing deals. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base. 
  • New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and client visits. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent service. 
  • Product Knowledge & Presentations:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers through presentations and demonstrations. 
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals:
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company. 
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales strategies and performance. 
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends. 
  • Customer Feedback:
  • Gather customer feedback and address any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred).
