Designation -

  • Field sales executive to sale solar rooftop system B2C customer by meeting people and visiting the sites.
  • Company (Arin Energy) will provide leads and candidate need to follow them and convert to sales.
  • There will be target format and candidate need to achieve it.
  • There will be target achieving bonus and after target sales incentives as well which will be calculated on monthly basis.


Roles and Responsivities :


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. 
  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media. 
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. 
  • Forecasting sales and creating sales reports for management review. 

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions through product demonstrations and presentations. 
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining a CRM database. 

3. Sales Operations:

  • Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotes.
  • Following up on leads and managing the sales process.
  • Representing the company and its products professionally during all interactions. 

4. Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to maximize sales efforts. 
  • Participating in team meetings and sharing feedback with management. 
  • Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve products and services. 

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. 
  • Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. 
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed.
