Designation -
- Field sales executive to sale solar rooftop system B2C customer by meeting people and visiting the sites.
- Company (Arin Energy) will provide leads and candidate need to follow them and convert to sales.
- There will be target format and candidate need to achieve it.
- There will be target achieving bonus and after target sales incentives as well which will be calculated on monthly basis.
Roles and Responsivities :
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Forecasting sales and creating sales reports for management review.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining a CRM database.
3. Sales Operations:
- Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotes.
- Following up on leads and managing the sales process.
- Representing the company and its products professionally during all interactions.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to maximize sales efforts.
- Participating in team meetings and sharing feedback with management.
- Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve products and services.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed.
