We are dedicated to providing businesses with top-notch accounting and taxation software solutions, focusing on MSMEs. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Pune.




? Job Responsibilities:


? Generate leads through existing client references.


? Cold calling to generate leads.


? Contact leads from various sources, including those from the Principal company, and conduct primary discussions.


? Schedule appointments for further discussions and demos.


? Convert leads into prospects by providing demos through online platforms or physical visits.


? Close sales by converting leads and providing proper training and orientation to clients.


? Provide initial after-sales support.


? Report tasks to the Sales Manager and update leads in the CRM software.


? Achieve sales targets set by the company.




? Qualifications:


? Degree in commerce or a related field (preferred) OR willingness to learn and sell Accounting and Taxation Software.


? 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in accounting / Taxation software.


? Good communication & presentation skills.


? Ability to understand client needs quickly.


? Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.




? Key Skills:


? Strong communication & negotiation skills.


? Technical knowledge of accounting software (preferred).


? Ability to work independently & as part of a team.




? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


? To be defined periodically.



? Salary & Benefits:


? INR 15,000 - 25,000 per month + incentives based on sales performance.


? Conveyance allowance.


? Personal Accident Insurance.


? Health insurance (post-probation period).




? Travel Requirements:


? Occasional outstation visits may be required.




? Training & Support:


? Initial training on Busy Accounting Software by the Principal company.


??? Onboarding & training by Viraj Infosoft Solutions.


? Ongoing support from the Senior Sales team & Busy Accounting Software team.




? Market Focus:


? Primarily MSMEs, Tax Professionals, CA Firms, but applicable to any industry.




? Reporting Structure:


? Reports to the Sales Manager.


? Performance monitored via CRM




? Additional Requirements:


? Willingness to visit clients in Pune city.


? Preferably own a bike.
