We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales and market development for our surgical product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and impactful communication to existing and potential customers regarding product features, benefits, and applications across various stages of surgical procedures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in our brand as a preferred partner.
- Identify customer needs and close sales opportunities to achieve defined territory sales targets.
- Support market development and creation initiatives in coordination with the Account Manager.
- Collect and report field-level data to support business insights and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduation (B.Tech/B.E. Any Specialization, B.Sc Any Specialization, B.Pharma Any Specialization) Preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years post-graduation, experience in sales / marketing & in healthcare and surgical industry preferred
Desired skills:
- Basic internet skills
- Ready to work in Operating Theatre environment
- Exposure to healthcare business
- Should be willing to learn clinical aspects of company products & their applications in various surgeries
