Job Description
Designation- Premium Account executive
Annual package-4.5 LPA Fixed + Incentives based on performance
Working days 5 days
Travel allowance 250 to 300 per day
Responsibilities:
Merchant Acquisition: Onboard quality new SMES basis understanding of transaction volume and
pattern in the assigned geography so as to ensure long term client retention.
Sales & Collection : Sell our devices to the assigned SMES while informing them about the various
terms of the payments and device usage. They are also responsible for rental collection and reactivation
of inactive SMES.
Infrastructure Management: Manage collateral and devices to ensure no loss or leakage
Market Share Leadership (Sector-wise): Ownership towardssaturating the market through driving
PhonePe business
Relationship Management: Engage with identified SMES to strengthen relationship with these SMES
and onboard them on more value added products and services
Competition Mapping: Study, map and report competition activity in assigned geography basis
geographical or category based initiatives to enable faster response.
Requirements:
Graduation
Minimum sales experience of 6+ months with good performance.
