Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, visit potential customers, and close sales in the assigned territory. The role involves meeting daily sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service through on-ground interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and visit potential clients/customers in the assigned area.

  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.

  • Present and demonstrate products/services to customers.

Target Achievement:

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.

  • Close sales deals and ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain records of daily visits, sales reports, and customer interactions.

  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the manager.

  • Coordinate with the back-office and logistics team for order fulfillment.
