Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and local networking.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers and close deals.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maintain records of sales, collections, and customer interactions using CRM tools or manual reports.

  • Coordinate with the back-office and supply chain team for order processing and delivery.

  • Provide market feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  •  diploma or Bachelors degree in any field.

  • Proven sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field travel).
