Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling & Lead Generation:

Make cold calls to potential clients using provided databases or lead lists

Understand client needs and give a brief overview of our products and services

Generate interest and identify qualified leads for the sales team

Maintain a daily log of calls, outcomes, and client responses

Pass on leads and relevant details to the designated sales representatives

Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement or re-initiate interest

Regularly update and manage the lead database and calling status

Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Field Sales:

Visit prospective clients to present company offerings and convert leads into sales

Conduct in-person meetings to build strong client relationships

Provide product demos and answer client queries on-site

Report daily visit outcomes and customer feedback to the team

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Meet field visit and sales targets as assigned

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in both cold calling and field sales pitching

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

Organized and goal-oriented mindset

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
