Job Description
You will be responsible for the ground-level implementation of the sales strategy and meeting the assigned targets. Your primary focus will be on revenue generation from high-value machines and tooled-up machines, ensuring that sales revenues meet the set targets. To enhance customer satisfaction, you will engage in prompt customer interactions and maintain efficiency in the sales process. Your duties will include executing on-field enquiry conversion tasks as assigned by the funnel manager, directly interacting with customers to progress existing enquiries in the sales funnel, and visiting customers according to the schedule provided by the funnel manager. Additionally, you will participate in short daily WIP meetings with Funnel Managers to review tasks completed during the day and discuss tasks planned for the following day. During these daily reviews, you will provide comprehensive feedback on the visits made, even if the information may seem self-evident from your perspective. It is essential to hand over any new enquiry or opportunity identified during the day to the associated funnel manager promptly. Furthermore, you are expected to increase your knowledge of the product or service being sold, effectively communicate all elements of market offers, address customer objections, and participate in exhibitions to promote our products, generate enquiries, and convert sales orders. Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to Business Excellence processes in all sales execution activities, utilizing the latest technologies and tools available in the sales process, and leveraging technology to automate and enhance sales process efficiency are key aspects of this role.,
