Recruitment & Manpower Management: Plan and recruit EV dealer staff, ensuring adequate manpower and enhancing productivity across regions. Training: Develop and deliver training programs on EV products, sales processes, customer satisfaction, and soft skills. Performance & Motivation: Monitor EV sales team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for retention, motivation, and continuous improvement.
