About the Role: We are hiring a Field Sales Associate / Consultant to join our growing team. This is a field-intensive role (80%), focused on meeting clients, driving franchise sales, and performing on-site audits. Were looking for someone with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, who is passionate about sales and has hands-on experience in franchise selling or the restaurant/hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular client visits and manage face-to-face meetings. Promote and sell our offerings to potential partners. Support franchise expansion through consultative selling. Perform field-level audits to ensure operational standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Work towards and exceed monthly sales and performance targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or franchise/restaurant sales. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and target-driven. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork. Immediate joiners or those available on short notice preferred. Preferred Background: Experience in franchise sales, QSR chains, or hospitality/restaurant operations. Familiarity with field audits and quality control processes.
