Job Description
Manadatory Skills : Good Communication, English & Hindi Fluency, Computer Knowledge.
Location: Mumbai ( WFO )
Salary: 4.20-5.40 LPA max
Notice period: Immediate - 30 Days
Total and Relevant year of experience: 1 Years
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): Telephonic round. Followed by a Virtual Interview
Any other specifications: Relevent experience from Restauarant industry
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Identify potential clients in the restaurant industry and establish productive relationships. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how our Augmented Reality Menu Card can address those needs.
Deliver Engaging Demos: Conduct persuasive and captivating product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our Augmented Reality Menu Card. Clearly communicate how the technology can transform the menu experience and positively impact the restaurant's revenue.
Sales Generation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Proactively pursue leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into satisfied customers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and continuously seeking feedback to improve the product and service.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
related to augmented reality and the restaurant industry. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and position our product competitively.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and sales pitches.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Familiarity with augmented reality, technology, or the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
