Job Description

As a Market Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading market mapping activities to identify opportunities, map regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and gather account-level insights, including install base and competitor data. Your role will involve monitoring market activity, competition, and win/loss trends to refine growth strategies and track and analyze key business metrics to measure marketing effectiveness. You will also be expected to anticipate and adapt to emerging customer segments and market trends, supporting data-driven decision-making with performance analysis and modeling. In this role, you will identify and develop regional KOLs through tailored marketing programs and execute the Annual Regional Marketing Plan in collaboration with HQ Marketing and Regional Sales teams. Your responsibilities will include developing programs to drive customer awareness, preference, and product adoption, as well as providing marketing materials, training resources, and sales tools for regional teams. Additionally, you will be required to share best practices across marketing and sales teams and align and engage sales teams to execute marketing strategies effectively. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and have at least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry. Sales or marketing experience is preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time is essential for this role.,
