We're Hiring Field Operations Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: [3+ years in Operations/field recruitment] Joining: Immediate preferred We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with hands-on experience in field recruitment and operations to join our team! Key Responsibilities: End-to-end hiring of field recruiters and delivery personnel Conducting training sessions and ensuring client-level targets are achieved on time Strong understanding of the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business model Managing and reducing rider attrition through proactive engagement Conducting regular field audits and executing on-ground activities to attract new riders Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring operational alignment What Were Looking For: Proven field recruitment & team management experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel and be on-ground when required If youre someone who thrives in the hustle of field ops and has a passion for logistics and people, wed love to connect!
