Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns (including digital, events, and grassroots activities) to promote brand awareness and generate leads in the local market. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support lead generation and help nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Event Management: Plan and execute local events, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to engage with customers and prospects directly. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for local marketing activities. Partnership & Sponsorship Management: Develop relationships with local partners, vendors, and media outlets to maximize exposure and drive marketing opportunities. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work in tandem with sales and other departments to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales targets and objectives. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the brands voice, values, and messaging. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to provide actionable insights and optimize future campaigns. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget for the region to ensure effective allocation of resources. Customer Engagement: Act as a liaison between the brand and local customers, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience managing budgets and executing marketing campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the companys focus. Familiarity with the local market or region. Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Working Conditions: Travel required to attend and manage local events and meetings. Occasional evening and weekend work to manage events or meet deadlines.
