As a member of the marketing team at Houzlook, Uniheights Interio (P) Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and executing offline marketing campaigns to promote our products and services in the field. Your primary focus will be on generating and qualifying leads through various marketing channels, as well as implementing strategies to attract potential customers. Collaborating with the sales team, you will ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales closure, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. In this role, you will also assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, and analyze campaign performance to make recommendations for improvement. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience in field marketing or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are crucial, and a willingness to travel within the designated region is required. Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems is considered a plus.,
