? Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our advertising agency. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns both online and offline.

? Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients for advertising and branding services

Pitch agency services like social media management, print ads, outdoor ads, etc.

Follow up with leads and convert them into clients

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Coordinate with the creative and media teams to execute client campaigns

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities

Attend client meetings and prepare reports or presentations when required

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for the agency's growth

Promote agency services via digital and offline channels

? Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of advertising, branding, and digital marketing

Goal-oriented with a passion for client service

Self-motivated and presentable

Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and email marketing is a plus

Must Have a Valid Two Wheeler And Driving License
