Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the field force and ensuring timely updates from them. Your role will involve traveling to the ground and executing fieldwork, meeting cost and timeliness targets in assigned projects, and planning, conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing high-impact on-ground campaigns. Additionally, you will provide regular feedback to the Field Force and motivate them to take corrective actions on identified gaps. To qualify for this role, you should possess an MBA in Marketing or Political Science, or a BBA degree. A willingness to travel is essential, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. You should also demonstrate the ability to handle and lead a team effectively. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a total of 1 year of work experience, preferably in field sales. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred. The work location for this role is in person.,
