Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field HR Recruiter located in Rajarhat. The Field HR Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, job drives, and ensuring retention and procedures. The role will involve interacting with candidates, employees, and external partners to support the recruitment efforts of 2050 Healthcare. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills -Should hire the candidates from different skill placement programmed, NGO. -Visit regularly to different foundation, skills academy, nursing institute etc. as a SPOC person . Taking initial & final round of interview to candidate rentation, regular counselling of them. Profile Requirement: . Should be well versed with field recruitment. -You do not need to visit to office regularly, but have to be ready to travel for job drive within west Bengal. -Should be flexible , confident.
