Job Description

Eligibility: HSC + ITI or any prior work Experience in a similar field
Role: Field Engineer
Qualifications: Completed Diploma or ITI (Electrical/Electronics)
Experience: Minimum 0.6+ Yr of experience (telecom/ATM/Appliances/Other)

Salary Budget: 20k to 22k in hand and TA allowance up to 3k depending on actual cost.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Field Engineer (FE) responsibilities include handling, maintaining, monitoring, installing, and providing support for hardware, software, and communication links at BB Instant vending machine locations.
FE has to ensure the smooth functioning of vending machines by performing timely maintenance as per the given checklist and carrying out any repairs if required which may include soldering. Must be familiar with the soldering process of circuit boards.
FE has to coordinate with backend technical teams and communicate effectively to resolve issues reported on a day-to-day basis , should communicate in Hindi and can understand english.
Field Engineer will be responsible for installing machines at new sites as per the deployment schedule and checklist
Field Engineer will be responsible for any missing parts in a machine in a given location.
Field Engineer will be responsible for spare parts until it returns to CityLeads.
Field Engineers should coordinate and follow up with external vendors for any kind of chiller or freezer issue.

Mandatory Requirements:
Must have a 4G smartphone and be familiar with using mobile apps
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Must be willing to travel 60-70 Km/day on the field.
Must be willing to work 6 days/week, weekends (a compensatory off will be given during weekdays)
