Horizon Telecom is urgently hiring Splicers and Assistant Splicers to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience or basic knowledge in optical fiber splicing, OTDR, and related OFC operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Optical Fiber Splicing, Testing, and Troubleshooting - OTDR and Power Meter Testing - Understand and work with OFC Core, Color Codes, and Pair Sequences - Execute routing, jointing, and fiber management tasks Required Skills & Qualifications: For Splicer: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience - Expertise in OFC, OTDR, splicing techniques For Assistant Splicer: - 0 to 6 months of experience (freshers with basic knowledge can apply) Salary (Net Take Home): - Splicer: 22,000 - 25,000 (Negotiable) + Insurance - Assistant Splicer: 18,000 - 21,000 (Negotiable) + Insurance Perks & Benefits: - Company-provided vehicle for fieldwork - Accommodation provided by the company - Insurance coverage - Supportive work environment and training for junior staff Preferred Candidates: - Immediate joiners - Willing to relocate to Chennai, TN How to Apply: Interested candidates can email their updated resume to: muneer.yousuf@horizontelecom.in Horizon Telecom is an equal opportunity employer.
