Job Description

The Fiber Technician role is a full-time on-site position based in Aligarh. As a Fiber Technician, your primary responsibility will be the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables. You will be tasked with performing splicing operations, troubleshooting cable issues, and ensuring the optimal functionality of fiber optic systems. Your role will involve working with various types of cabling and will be instrumental in upholding network integrity and performance. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in installing and maintaining fiber optic cables along with general cabling knowledge. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving cable issues is essential, as is a solid understanding of optics and fiber technology. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Technical certification would be advantageous, and previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.,
