The XFE Fiber Executive role at Airtel involves identifying, approaching, and informing potential customers about the benefits of installing and subscribing to Airtel Broadband. You will be required to visit residential areas and retailers within the designated area to search for potential customers and persuade them to purchase Airtel Broadband services. Providing service to customers through online leads is a key aspect of the role. It is essential to stay updated on the latest company products and features, along with regularly marking attendance through the Airtel APP. As an XFE Fiber Executive, you will be responsible for developing leads, approaching prospective customers, and providing timely feedback on competition to the Airtel Team. Achieving monthly sales targets for Airtel Broadband by connecting with potential customers and convincing them to purchase broadband connections is a core objective of the job. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
