You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HL7 FHIR implementation with deep knowledge of HAL7 FHIR 4.0.1 standard. It is essential to have knowledge of FHIR implementation guides like DaVinci, CARIN, US Core, etc. Your role will involve performing data mapping of Source data sets to FHIR resources. You will be responsible for analyzing the business needs, defining detailed requirements, and providing potential solutions/approaches with the business stakeholders. Strong experience and understanding of Agile Methodologies are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are essential. You should possess strong analytical, planning, organizational, time management, and facilitation skills. Having a good understanding and experience of SDLC and documentation skills is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook), Microsoft SQL Studio, and JIRA is expected. A day in the life of an Infoscion involves interfacing with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. Participating in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, performing code reviews, and unit test plan reviews are also part of your responsibilities. You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in building efficient programs/systems to help clients navigate their digital transformation journey effectively.,
