The Supervisor at Play Kingdom is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the play area, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children and parents. Your role involves managing play attendants, coordinating guest services, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of play area staff. - Ensure all safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed. - Greet guests warmly and address customer queries and concerns promptly. - Manage crowd control and ensure children's activities are conducted safely. - Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs. - Train and guide new play attendants and staff. - Handle ticketing, party bookings, and event coordination as needed. - Ensure all staff adhere to policies, schedules, and grooming standards. - Prepare shift reports and escalate any issues to the manager. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 5 and above years experience in a supervisory or customer service role (experience in childcare, amusement parks, or hospitality is a plus). - Strong communication and people management skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Enthusiastic and child-friendly personality.
