Job Description: As a Female Office Executive, you will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day office operations and coordinating various tasks related to real estate project approvals, client interactions, and internal communications. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a high level of organization, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Office Coordination: Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to assist with project approvals, answer inquiries, and provide status updates. Documentation Management: Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents related to approvals, permits, legal papers, and other project-related paperwork. Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring all relevant information is communicated efficiently to team members and stakeholders. Project Assistance: Support project managers and office staff with administrative tasks such as tracking approval statuses, preparing reports, and following up on outstanding actions. Data Entry & Reporting: Handle data entry, prepare reports, and assist in maintaining project timelines and status updates. Filing and Record-Keeping: Organize digital and physical files, ensuring that all documents are filed and easily accessible. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate in any field (preferably in business administration, management, or related fields). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an office administration role (real estate or construction industry experience is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with office management software/tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
