We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team and drive growth for our interior design services. The ideal candidate should be confident, passionate, and results-driven. Key Responsibilities - Identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Conducting presentations and product demonstrations - Collaborating with the marketing team to implement growth strategies - Negotiating and closing deals with professionalism - Ensuring exceptional post-sales support and client satisfaction Key Qualifications - Proven experience in Business Development or Sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage and grow client relationships - Skilled in product presentations, market research, and marketing strategy - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Background in interior design, architecture, or furniture industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
