Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Service Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, seating them, and taking orders in a timely manner. You will be expected to address any guest complaints or feedback efficiently and provide personalized and attentive service to enhance their dining experience. To excel in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of the menu to explain dishes to guests and upsell/promote menu items to increase revenue. It is crucial to maintain a clean and organized dining area, supervise and guide F&B service staff, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders. Additionally, you will be involved in managing reservations, seating arrangements, monitoring inventory levels, and following proper food safety and sanitation procedures. You should also be adept at controlling costs, minimizing wastage, and optimizing profitability while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Participating in staff meetings and training sessions, establishing rapport with guests to build loyalty, and gathering feedback to improve service quality are also key aspects of this role. Your commitment to meeting all service standards and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience is essential. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
