Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Head to lead and optimize the operations of three high-performing AJA outlets in Chandigarh Tricity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to build high-performing teams and guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across 3 outlets (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) Ensure consistent guest experience, quality, hygiene, and service standards Lead and manage outlet managers, supervisors, and staff across shifts Drive P&L responsibility manage costs, increase efficiency, optimize labor Execute SOPs for service, kitchen coordination, cleaning, and audits Monitor food cost, wastage, vendor quality, and inventory accuracy Analyze sales, footfall, customer feedback share insights with leadership Support new initiatives menu rollouts, delivery innovations, or store formats Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-driven team culture Coordinate with CEO, central kitchen, finance, and marketing teams Requirements 48 years of experience in F&B operations (multi-outlet or unit head roles preferred) Strong team leadership and training skills Sound understanding of restaurant metrics: COGS, labor %, SOPs, audits Ability to balance strategy with on-ground hustle Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills Experience with healthy food/QSR/hospitality brands is a plus Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh Tricity Why Join AJA Be part of a young, purpose-driven team Work in a brand that blends wellness, food, and design Opportunity to grow into a regional or national leadership role Culture of ownership, speed, and innovation,
