Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering services, and meeting spaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff. Schedule staff according to business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance. Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues or disciplinary matters as needed. Financial Management: Develop annual budgets and revenue targets for food and beverage operations, and monitor performance against targets. Control costs through effective inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction strategies. Analyze financial reports and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives. Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing agreements to optimize procurement costs. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and delivering exceptional service. Interact with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly. Implement service enhancements and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Menu Development and Planning: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements. Monitor food and beverage trends and incorporate new offerings into menus to keep offerings fresh and competitive. Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
