Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in line with food safety guidelines. Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and bar personnel. Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Provide ongoing training and development to team members to improve performance. Vendor Follow-up: Coordinate and manage relationships with F&B suppliers and vendors.
