Guide guests to appropriate seating based on party size and preferences.

Maintain a Clean Reception Area
Keep the entrance and waiting area tidy and inviting.

Answer Inquiries
Respond to guest questions about the menu, hours, or services.

Coordinate with Waitstaff and Kitchen
Communicate table status and special requests.

Track Table Availability
Monitor and update the seating chart in real time.

Handle Guest Concerns Politely
Resolve minor issues or escalate to management when necessary.

Assist in Special Events or Promotions
Help with planning and guest management during events.

Promote a Positive Atmosphere
Set the tone for the guest's dining experience through professionalism and friendliness.
