Job Description

The F&B Cum Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining food quality, housekeeping standards, and facility upkeep across all student residences. This role involves menu planning, vendor management, staff supervision, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food Quality & Service Develop and oversee a structured meal plan ensuring variety and nutritional balance. Conduct taste checks and ensure food quality meets health & safety standards. Ensure kitchen staff maintain hygiene and cleanliness while preparing food. 2. Facilities & Housekeeping Oversee housekeeping teams, ensuring rooms and common areas remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Monitor cleaning schedules and deep-cleaning activities to ensure high standards. Implement SOPs for housekeeping and ensure staff follows best practices. 3. Staff Supervision & Training Supervise cooking and housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to attendance and work ethics. Conduct periodic training sessions on hygiene, efficiency, and service standards. Approve staff requirements and coordinate with HR for recruitments. 4. Procurement & Budget Management Approve food and housekeeping supply orders as per demand and budget. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages. Work with the Store Manager to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Food Quality & Hygiene High food standards and cleanliness. Housekeeping Efficiency Well-maintained, hygienic accommodations. Staff Performance & Training Skilled and well-trained kitchen and housekeeping staff.
