Supervise Service Staff

Greet and Attend to Guests

Take and Confirm Orders
Accurately take food and beverage orders and confirm special requests.

Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar
Communicated guest orders and ensured timely preparation and delivery.

Inspect Table Setup and Cleanliness
Ensure tables are properly set and hygiene standards are maintained.

Train and Guide Junior Staff
Support the development of service skills and knowledge in the team.

Upsell Menu Items
Suggest and promote high-margin or specialty items to guests.

Handle Guest Complaints
Resolve issues calmly and professionally, escalating when needed.

Monitor Service Quality
Ensure that food and service standards meet the establishment's expectations.

Prepare Daily Reports
Report on staff performance, guest feedback, and service issues to management.
