We're Hiring: Fashion Designer Ethnic Wear Location: Jaipur Full-Time | In-House Only Your Role: Fashion Designer Ethnic Wear We are looking for a Fashion Designer who understands the evolving world of ethnic wear with a special focus on kurta sets, co-ords, and easy-to-wear silhouettes. You should be equally skilled in using AI tools to speed up ideation, research, and prototyping, bringing a tech-savvy edge to traditional design. What Youll Do Design ethnic wear collections including kurta sets, co-ords, pant sets, and fusion separates Use AI tools for trend forecasting, moodboarding, and rapid silhouette generation Experience with 3D fashion design software, especially CLO 3D Create detailed flat sketches, tech packs, and garment construction specifications Collaborate with textile and sampling teams to select suitable fabrics, trims, and surface finishes Translate research and brand direction into commercially viable designs Oversee sample development, fit checks, and final approvals Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely collection readiness Should have a strong knowledge of colours, detailing, and a keen awareness of the latest trends and innovations in the market What You Bring A strong portfolio focused on ethnic ready-to-wear fashion Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, Firefly, or similar platforms Deep understanding of fabrics, finishing, silhouette balance, and comfort Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or equivalent Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to fit, detailing, and usability Previous experience in sampling, fit review, and production handover Ability to work full-time on-site in Jaipur Bonus: Experience with D2C fashion brands or ethnic-focused design studios Why Join Us Lead the creative direction for ethnic collections worn by thousands across India Use cutting-edge tools to design smarter, faster, and more intuitively Work with in-house sampling and production infrastructure Creative, growth-oriented culture where your ideas shape real products,
