Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Designer to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate trends and concepts into market-ready designs for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

 

Create original fashion concepts, sketches, and collections (womens, mens, or childrens wear)

Conduct trend forecasting and market research to identify design opportunities

Develop mood boards, fabric selections, and color palettes aligned with brand identity

Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and marketing teams to bring designs to life

Oversee the design process from concept to final sample, ensuring attention to detail and quality standards

Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams for accurate execution

Attend and contribute to fittings, reviews, and presentations

Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends, sustainability practices, and industry innovations

Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 

 

Requirements

 

Bachelors degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design / Apparel Design or equivalent

3+ years of experience in fashion design (or strong design portfolio)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD tools

Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction

Excellent sketching skills (digital and hand-drawn)

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think globally

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Ability to relocate and adapt to a new work culture

Understanding of sustainable fashion practices is a plus

Experience in working with international brands or diverse markets is preferred
